The Electronic State

The Electronic State is the shared digital infrastructure of The Worldwide State, constituted as The Worldwide Parliamentary Monarchy of Elohim. It provides one constitutional environment for Parliamentary participation, public documentation and the later integration of Governance and State services.

Public access and Parliamentary participation

Public information and released records can be read without an account. Participation in Parliament requires signing the Foundational Act. That act records formal recognition and permanent Parliamentary enrolment; enrolment provides the right to participate, not an obligation to exercise that right.

A structure designed to grow

The present online system supports Parliament. Governance belongs within the State structure but is not yet integrated into the Electronic State. As institutions are integrated, their records and services can be connected without presenting unfinished functions as if they were already operational online.
